Practice Paragraph Week 21

Performance enhancing drugs such as steroids should not be allowed in sports. The PRIMARY reason is that they are not healthy and could result in the athletes getting sick and not playing at all. TRADITIONALLY, sports are about being natural and keep you fit and healthy and the use of steroids and other performace enhancing drugs are ruining that and making it an unfair game. PERIODICALLY, There are drug tests and if you come up with any type of drug in your system, you could be kicked off the team anyways. In conclusion, to keep the games healthy, fun and safe, steroids and other performance enhancing drugs should not be allowed.

2nd Semester Goals

My goal for second semester is to keep my A's. Last quarter I slacked off way too much and I know I'm going to regret it when I'm stuck in summer school and not having fun at the beach with my friends. I have gotten new school supplies and new ways of keeping organized and I am excited to see how everything works out for me. At the end of the semester, I will know I have achieved my goal by having at least a 3.5 or higher. I am going to focus on school and make that one of my first priorities. I have realized how important school is in today's society and it has motivated me to try harder.

Opinion Statement Brainstorm

SPA should not use walkies.

I am going to do my report on the walkies because I feel the strongest about this topic and it is what I would want to change most.

Dragons Den: free choice.

This year, 2012, as we all know is most famous for death. I dont believe this isgoing to happen because of  what the bible says. I do think there is going to be a natural disaster causing many people to die but I dont think it's going to make the world end. Studies show that there has been an earthquake meaning to happen for years now and it hasn't so that gives me reason to believe there will be a very larger one thats been building up over the years. There's nothing we can do about it if it does happen but I wont be shocked if I wake up on December 22, 2012 and still be alive.
